I assume that you have good working knowledge of PSP7 as far as using plugins, making a floating selections, putting nodes and changing nodes to shape an image, etc.

You will need PSP7 which you can get from http://www.jasc.com
You will also need a wood pattern. You can use my wood pattern or you can use your own. Download the zip file for your drawer accessories and extract them in your computer.

Open up a canvas 500x500. Click on preset shapes/rectangle, antialias and create a vector checked. Changed your foreground and background to pattern and chose the wood pattern that comes in with this tutorial or use your own. Draw a rectangle on the middle of the canvas. Put nodes on the rectangle as shown below.

Reshape the rectangle by moving the nodes as shown below. You may use the image as your pattern.

Convert the image to raster layer. Move the image to the bottom of the canvas to give space for the rest of the cabinet. Copy the image and paste it as a new layer. Image/Mirror Image. Merge the layers visible. Your image should look similar to the image below.

Click on preset shape/rectangle, use the same pattern. Draw a large rectangle just above the image. Draw another rectangle just right above the large rectangle. Convert to raster layer. Merge the layers visible. Make the image as a floating selection then click on Effects/3D/Cutout. Settings are Offset/Vertical/Horizontal= 1, Opacity=70, Blur=18.8, shadow color black, fill interior color with unchecked. Click OK and deselect the image.

Preset shape tool, rectangle same pattern. Draw a rectangle just above the large rectangle. Hold the control key down and pull the top corner of the rectangle out. Convert to raster layer. Click on Colors, Adjust brightness and contrast. Settings are BRIGHTNESS= -18 and CONTRAST= -3.

Click on Effects/3D/Inner Bevel. Settings below. Your base image should look similar the image below.

Lets put some drawers on that cabinet. Click on preset shapes/rectangle use the same pattern, NO FILL. Change the width to 3. Draw a rectangle size 131x70. Convert to raster layer. Click on Effects/3D/Inner Bevel. Use the settings above. Click OK. Make a copy of the rectangle and paste it as a new layer. Draw another rectangle and place it inside the first rectangle. Convert to raster layer. Effects/3D/Inner Bevel. Make a copy of that rectangle and place it inside the other rectangle. See image below.

Use the same process above for the remaining drawers. Only this time draw a one long rectangle. Copy and paste as a new layer for the next drawer.I have added a drop shadows on each rectangles to give it a contrast look. Settings below. Merge all the layers visible.

After you drew all the drawers, your image should look exactly like the image below. At this point, you may add the extracted drawer accessories to each drawers. Resize and save your image as a tube or a psp file. :-)

Note: You can have the image in different color by going to COLORS/ADJUST/HUE/SATURATION/LIGHTNESS.
